Most infrastructure projects fail on coordination, not technical difficulty. DACI runs electrical, water, gas, earthing, civil, drainage and renewables design under one roof, so nothing gets lost between disciplines or between consultants.

Everyone at DACI, across all offices and all disciplines, at any stage of their career.
Currently the Foundation Course in Network Planning and Low Voltage Network Planning delivered in-house, plus funded external qualifications including the CABWI Level 3 Diploma, GIG2 Diplomas and EA Technology courses. The programme is expanding, and colleagues can propose additions.
A mix of structured in-house courses led by senior engineers, accredited external providers where the training can't be delivered internally, and self-directed learning. Sessions run in person and remotely so people in all offices can take part.
Yes. We support registration with the Engineering Council towards Incorporated and Chartered Engineer status, with mentoring from senior engineers who hold those qualifications.
No. Academy training is funded by DACI.
Yes. Colleagues are encouraged to propose courses or topics they want added to the programme.
