Introduction:

DaCI Utilities Engineering Consultancy Limited is one of the fastest-growing consultants in the UK. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to strengthen and expand our market presence in our Valencia, Spain office.

‍

 We are currently seeking one "Structural Revit Technician” BIM Modeller to Join our expanding team.

‍

Job Type: Full-time

‍

Responsibilities:

‍

  • Preparation of Structural and Civil drawings and models using Revit Structures and AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate between Structural, Civil and MEP teams.
  • Ensure all models and drawings comply with both internal standards and codes as well as all relevant national standards
  • Experience with all relevant ISO and Eurocode standards.
  • Assist with clash detection and model coordination.
  • Experience in Reinforcement detailing to Eurocode 2 a major plus.
  • Be able to juggle tasks in a busy fast paced environment.

‍

 Requirement:

‍

  • Vocational Training (or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Concrete, Masonry and Steel Structures.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Other software a plus (CADSRC, Navisworks etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • The willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Intermediate to High Level of English is required for this role.

Optional qualifications:

‍

  • Experience using Civil 3D and/or CADSRC.
  • Experience in Reinforcement detailing.
  • Experience with ISO19650 Standards 

‍

Working Conditions:

‍

  • Young and modern office environment in Valencia (Aragón/Facultades metro station).
  • Permanent position.
  • Office and professional services collective agreement.
  • Salary €20,000-€35,000. Depending on experience
  • Monthly company activities.
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break.
